I didn’t build this approach from playing it safe.

I built it from:

  • Climbing the height of Mount Everest on a rope (2,000+ climbs over 25 hours)

  • Flipping a 200lb tire for 24 straight hours

  • Carrying weight for 70+ miles around Lake Tahoe

  • Pulling a truck 50 kilometers through the desert

Not because it sounded cool: but because I wanted to understand what real endurance, mental resilience, and pacing actually feel like.

Because here’s the truth:
Most programs are built in a vacuum.
Mine are built under fatigue, pressure, and reality.
